POLICY
Your
satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you
wish to exchange or return an item, please ask your Return Authorization
Number via e-mail within 15 days of delivery to obtain full credit or
exchange, then write your request on your original invoice and enclose
it with the item(s).
We will REFUSE unauthorized returns! All items must be clean and unworn
with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original
packaging.
If returned item has been worn or damaged no refund will be given. We
may give a partial refund, or send the garments back to you.
Items must
be received within 15 days once return authorization has been obtained,
NO EXCEPTIONS. We will credit your card or issue a store credit within
10 Business Days.
Shipping
and handling charges are invariably nonrefundable.
WIGS, ALL
HOSIERY, PANTIES, LEATHER, PVC, COSTUMES, BIKINIS, ALL CHAIN CLOTHING
and some TEDDIES are NOT RETURNABLE due to obvious sanitary/health concerns
and Federal Laws.
